Drilling Operations Support Specialist (f/m)
You will play a vital role in managing rig site documentation, coordinating drilling crew schedules, and ensuring smooth regulatory permitting.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing assumptions within the Drilling Department's scope for the Facility Operations Plans (Plany Ruchu), and preparing required documentation related to facility operations.
- Coordinating the work of the Company's organizational units regarding the approval procedure for Operations Plans.
- Participating in the preparation of projects for execution, with particular emphasis on administrative aspects.
- Cooperating with mining regulatory authorities, local government units, investors, and other institutions.
- Supervising civil engineering and site documentation, including:
- Preparing notifications and applications for building permits,
- Developing and updating maps (including plotting construction structures and drilling pad / rig site layouts),
- Overseeing land leases,
- Coordinating the documentation approval process and implementing necessary amendments,
- Updating documentation with public administration authorities,
- Participating in site inspections (prior to, during, and upon completion of works),
- Organizing and supervising geodetic surveying (land surveying).
- Preparing and verifying work schedules (rosters) for rig crews.
- Collaborating with organizational unit managers on workforce planning.
- Compiling monthly timesheets and working time records for Drilling Department personnel.
- Supervising the workflow and archiving of project documentation.
- Providing support to line managers in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Our requirements:
- Higher education degree.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Corel Draw, and AutoCAD.
- Category B driver's license.
- Working proficiency in English (communicative level).
- High availability / Readiness to travel.
